Riot Games - TheTribunal to League of Legends

Riot Games, developer and publisher of PC game League of Legends, is  presenting the Tribunal, a new peer adjudication system designed to foster a positive experience for the game’s growing community.So any player at level 30 can become "judge", and to receive random a number of cases to consider (the judges cannot choose complaints)having the possibility to punish or forgive those accused have ruined the experience of the game.
Players will receive Influence Points as a reward. As well, however, they may lose the place in the first instance if attempts to punish without a reason

“Our goal is to provide an excellent gaming experience for our entire community, and because the words and actions of players have an impact on that experience, we must take reports of player harassment very seriously,” said Steve Mescon, director of community relations for Riot Games
