Dirt 3 is an off-road racing game in development by publisher Codemasters.DiRT 3 is not a racing sim but, it’s not an arcade racer either.DiRT 3 takes that essence of competition and streamlines it into a  enjoyable package which not only celebrates the discipline's past but also gives a strong indication of the future as well.

The first thing is that DiRT 3 is a huge game, the biggest ever, and it features double the track content of v2, with three times the rally-specific content.

Cars respond effectively to the slightest control ,the driving it feels responsive, tight and natural. And DiRT 3 has introduced a number of new rally locations, driving through LA, Kenya, Finland, Michigan, Norway, and Monaco feels superb. The  rain, snow, and nighttime driving is giving unique sensation. The particle effects and great in car view, can make some 'hair raising' experiences. The game features various race styles including Gymkhana sections , landrush buggies and straight up rally.DiRT 3 won’t have you amassing a collection of cars as you further your career, but instead you’ll earn points for completing different objectives throughout the game. The main tour is split into four seasons, but as the podiums add up, six discipline-specific tours emerge, pushing the total race count to even higher numbers.Instead of of a car collection, you will collect sponsors, and explore new options when  you decide which car,  you’ll be using for a specific race. These cars also requires a high degree of ability and control, so your skills will have to  increase with playtime.

These Gymkhana sections are what really separate Dirt 3 from its predecessors, those games were always fun with plenty of action, but this new style ramps the fun level up even higher through the requirement to perform tricks as part of the level. This of course also adds to the multiplayer experience where we can try to out trick our friends in various different environments before uploading our best attempts direct to YouTube to share with the world.
Dirt 3's sound stands out. Not just in the roar of engines, but also in the details. From the trackside fan shout-outs to the crunch of packing snow, the details are what make the soundscape superb

throughout and the impact of a smack  or a bad drift feels like being there.
DiRT 3 mixes some really exceptional elements of traditional racing games with something new, like the Gymkhana events, and fun  non-competive multiplayer modes, to offer a total package that’s a lot of fun to play. DiRT 3 it offers many hours in single player, and a fun multiplayer aspect that;this is one of those games that you have to play.
